Who it suits
Life skills support suits people who want to do more for themselves at home and in the community, at any stage of life.
Funding
Life skills support can be funded from different parts of an NDIS plan. We will check your plan with you at our first meeting.
How we work with you
Your goals come first
We start with the goals in your NDIS plan and work with you to choose which skills to focus on.
Practice in real life
We learn in your kitchen, at your local shops and on your bus route, not in a classroom.
Progress you can show
We track how you are going against your goals, so you have something to bring to your plan review.
Questions
Who decides which skills we work on?
You do. We begin with your NDIS goals, then agree with you which skills matter most, whether that is cooking, budgeting or using technology.
Will you report on my progress for my plan review?
Yes. We track progress against the goals in your plan and can provide a written summary of the supports provided and what you have achieved.
